Valerio Cicchiello is an Italian lawyer with over 23 years of experience in his country, specializing in Administrative Law. He has work experience abroad in international law firms with clients (companies and individuals) who have interests, assets, and investments under Italian jurisdiction.

He strategically assists and represents companies, individuals, and representative associations before Italian public administrations and courts, affected by various types of administrative procedures that require, in particular, compliance with environmental requirements.

His extensive knowledge of environmental and administrative law in all its disciplines comes from his experience as a university professor.

Academic and Postgraduate Education

Born in 1973, Valerio Cicchiello graduated in Law with honors in 1998 from the University of Milan, with a thesis in Administrative Law.

He completed his two-year postgraduate professional training: the first year at the Milan Municipal Prosecutor’s Office, focusing on public procurement law, urban planning law, and environmental law; the second year, in the same three areas, at the law firm of Prof. Avv. Carlo Emilio Traverso.

Professional Experience

He has been a member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Milan since 2001. Before opening his own boutique law firm in 2010, he was part of: – international law firms, such as Grosso and Maldonado Solicitors in Dublin (Ireland) in 2007; – law firms specializing in administrative and public procurement law, such as the law firm of Marco Albanese in 2008 and 2009, where he carried out the delicate fiduciary task of assisting the firm owner in legal defense, legal advice, and correspondence in foreign languages for multinational companies participating in public tenders; – the legal team, as head lawyer of Administrative and Environmental Law, for Italy’s largest consumer association, Altroconsumo. He has achieved, and continues to achieve, significant administrative and judicial results.

Academic and Training Experience

In the academic field, he has been: a professor of Environmental Law at the Polytechnic University of Milan for many years, starting from the 2001/2002 academic year; – a professor of Urban Planning Law in the 2003/2004 academic year; – a professor of Transportation Law at the Polytechnic University of Milan, in the 2003/2004 academic year; – a professor, for several years, in various Master’s and postgraduate programs at the Polytechnic University of Milan. In the field of training, he is a lecturer in several courses and a regular trainer in administrative law.
