Rémi Sermier

Rémi Sermier graduated from Science-Po Paris and is also an alumnus of the French National School of Administration (ENA). He was admitted to the Paris bar in 2002. He practiced for several years in the Parisian office of an English law firm, where he became a partner. He subsequently worked for French law firms before founding Pamina Avocats.
Prior to taking the bar, he worked for 15 years as a senior civil servant. In particular, he served at the legal office of the French Prime Minister, where he oversaw for eight years the legal developments in sectors such as the media, telecommunications, art market, regulated professionals, commercial/corporate law, or the real estate strategy of the French State.
Rémi Sermier now advises numerous players in regulated sectors (aviation, seaports, energy, telecommunications, press distribution, horseracing, and sports federations).
He is a contributor to the Dictionnaire des régulations (Lexis-Nexis, M. Bazex, B. du Marais, G. Eckert, R. Lanneau, C. Le Berre et A. Sée ed., December 2015) and to the Mondaq Comparative Guide on Aviation Regulation.
A former member of the French auctions authority, he is on the arbitrators’ list of the Court of Arbitration for Art.
