I. Who is the Administrative Law Course for?
The Administrative Law Course, which we approach individually according to the client’s needs, is aimed at all those who make up the Public Administration, and those who are directly or indirectly connected with the civil service.
This Course in Administrative Law can also be taken by teachers and students of law, administration and public management, as well as legal professionals such as lawyers, advisors and consultants who wish to specialise in the field of administrative law.
In short, the Course in Administrative Law can be taken by anyone interested in acquiring knowledge on the subject, without requiring a minimum level of previous studies.
II. Why take this Administrative Law Course?
Through this course in Administrative Law, you will obtain the necessary knowledge to know and understand in broad terms what Administrative Law is and all the areas that make it up.
During the course, each and every one of the areas that make up Spanish administrative law will be examined.
The explanations of the course are based on theoretical notions that lead to a practical development, where the most significant jurisprudence on the subject takes on special relevance.
III. What will you learn?
During the course of the Administrative Law Course you will learn the rules and practical applications related to the different areas of administrative law.
During the Administrative Law Course, subjects related to the branch of administrative law that regulates the public water domain and its regime of use, protection, intervention, economic regime and even the planning of water resources will be addressed.
We will analyse in general terms the different authorisations for the use and exploitation of water that exist, such as authorisations and concessions, the transfer of water rights, the execution of works in public watercourses, irrigation communities, etc.
In the course of the Administrative Law Course, we will also deal with questions on mining law with the main objective of getting to know in more detail the set of mining activities, their regulations, the regulatory authorities and their control bodies, as well as the most recent jurisprudence on the subject.
Likewise, as part of administrative law, environmental matters will be studied, as well as the regulatory system created to safeguard natural spaces and the use that can be made of them.
During the Course in Administrative Law, importance will be given to the study of the different existing procedures in the field, both in administrative and litigation proceedings, and therefore the rules of administrative procedure will be studied in detail, especially the sanctioning procedure with its characteristics, and the litigation administrative procedure and its different means of appeal.
It also addresses issues related to compulsory purchase procedures in detail.
It also examines the full scope of financial liability.
Another of the subjects covered is public procurement, which is an eminently technical discipline that presents significant legal difficulties and which, by taking this Administrative Law programme, will provide an overview of the procurement procedure.
It is important to highlight the subjects taught on the Administrative Law Course, which, as we know, is a highly complex legal discipline that regulates, among many other aspects, town planning, spatial planning and land use.
This course could not miss some basic notes on the civil service, public employees and civil servants, their rights and obligations, responsibilities, planning, management and so on.
It will also analyse, among others, the key issues of common administrative procedure, subsidies and public aid, civil service, tax law and the environment.
Broadly speaking, these are some, but not all, of the subjects that will be covered during the course of the Administrative Law Course.
IV. Methodology
The Administrative Law Course is taught online through the use of videos and multimedia content, more specifically, the theoretical notions of the course will be given through lectures and webinars on specific topics of Administrative Law.
Throughout the development of the course there is a tutoring service available to the student where you can obtain personalised and individualised treatment to resolve any doubts and supervise your development in the course.
The theoretical notions lead to the development of practical cases and self-assessment tests consisting of correction tests, where the most significant jurisprudence on the subject takes on special relevance.
In order to obtain the digital certificate of completion of the course, a final multiple-choice exam must be passed.
V. Teaching staff
